Dispatch
Orders are prepared by Éditions Cassini and sent by Colissimo (La Poste, the French postal service), usually within two working days of receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as the parcel has been handed over to La Poste.
The delivery times given by La Poste are usually 2 working days for mainland France, 5 to 10 days for the French overseas territories and Europe, and longer for other destinations.

The exact shipping cost is shown in your basket before you confirm the order.
We recommend grouping your books in a single order: two orders placed separately are shipped separately.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), customs duties or local taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives. They are payable by the recipient.
On receipt
If the parcel arrives open or damaged, please report it to the postman or to the pick-up point, then write to us as soon as possible at cassini@cassini.fr, with a photograph if you can. We replace any book that arrives damaged.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and return a book to us: see the “Right of withdrawal” article of our terms and conditions of sale.
